Studio C Space Rental
This is a space-only rental that include the use of basic equipment (details below). This booking does not include an AV technician or video production.
The studio space is booked in two-hour blocks. Select the rental length below and then click the add booking to cart button.
Please ensure that you are purchasing enough time to cover your load in and load out, plus the actual time that you need for your meeting.
Studio Space $100/hour
The studio can seat audiences of up to 50 people and features state-of-the art tech equipment.
Studio Space rental includes use of full studio space with studio lights, backdrops, stage, lectern, monitors, chairs and tables.
Full Live Video Production is offered through Studio C and estimated based on the scope of the event.
Room size: 22' x 28'
Availability: Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 5:00 and is booked in two-hour blocks. After hours and weekend rentals available with four-hour minimum booking.

Cancellation Policy
More than 7 days prior to use: 100% refunded back to your credit card.
2-6 days prior to use: $100 + GST cancellation fee; balance refunded to your credit card.
Less than 24 hours prior to use: $200 + GST cancellation fee; balance refunded to your credit card.
“No Show” will be charged 100% of your room booking; there will be no refund.
There are no refunds or adjustments for late arrivals or early departures.
