SMALL & LARGE MEETING ROOMS
Hot Desk Full members: up to 2 hour per month
Hot Desk Plus members: up to 4 hours per month
Mini Office members: up to. 4 hours per month
Small office members: up to 8 hours per month
Medium office members: up to 8 hours per month
Large office members: up to 12 hours per month
Extra large office members: up to 16 hours per month
Booking is done on a first-come, first-served basis
You are welcome to use the monitors and white boards
Overages
Book enough time on the calendar to cover your meeting time as there is no buffer time between booking slots
If a meeting goes over your booked time, an extra 30 minutes will be added to that booking
Meeting room usage over your membership allotment will be billed on your membership renewal date at our member rate of $20 per hour
For reference, our public rates are $25 per hour for the small meeting room and $60 per hour for the large meeting room
CANCELLATION POLICY
More than 24 hours prior: booking will not be charged against your membership allotment
Less than 24 hours prior: booking will be charged against your membership allotment
“No Show” will be charged against your membership allotment
GENERAL NOTES
If you are hosting a meeting with non-members of Cowork Chilliwack, please supply your own beverages or refreshments
Please clean up after yourself and leave the meeting room exactly as you found it
If you are using any dishes in your meeting, please return them to the kitchen and either wash them in the sink or put them in the dishwasher
