SMALL & LARGE MEETING ROOMS

  • Hot Desk Full members: up to 2 hour per month

  • Hot Desk Plus members: up to 4 hours per month

  • Mini Office members: up to. 4 hours per month

  • Small office members: up to 8 hours per month

  • Medium office members: up to 8 hours per month

  • Large office members: up to 12 hours per month

  • Extra large office members: up to 16 hours per month

  • Booking is done on a first-come, first-served basis

  • You are welcome to use the monitors and white boards

Overages

  • Book enough time on the calendar to cover your meeting time as there is no buffer time between booking slots

  • If a meeting goes over your booked time, an extra 30 minutes will be added to that booking

  • Meeting room usage over your membership allotment will be billed on your membership renewal date at our member rate of $20 per hour

  • For reference, our public rates are $25 per hour for the small meeting room and $60 per hour for the large meeting room

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • More than 24 hours prior: booking will not be charged against your membership allotment

  • Less than 24 hours prior: booking will be charged against your membership allotment

  • “No Show” will be charged against your membership allotment

GENERAL NOTES

  • If you are hosting a meeting with non-members of Cowork Chilliwack, please supply your own beverages or refreshments

  • Please clean up after yourself and leave the meeting room exactly as you found it

  • If you are using any dishes in your meeting, please return them to the kitchen and either wash them in the sink or put them in the dishwasher
