Studio Main Stage Recording Sessions
$200/hour plus $100/hour for setup and light post-production
Half day and full day bookings available
Bookings can be made in 4 and 8 hour blocks
Stage and equipment details
15’ x 7’ stage
8 Blackmagic Design Micro Studio Camera 4K G2 (live cut and recorded separately)
Blackmagic Design Studio Camera 4K Pro with 24” teleprompter
24 programmable stage lights
6 wireless microphones
Various wired microphones
6 confidence monitors
Talk show format can accommodate host and up to 4 guests
Lectern and 80” monitor for presentations
Included post-production
Audio mastering (equalize and enhance audio)
Finalize your videos, including remove any obvious mistakes
Delivery of final video files (MP4) by Dropbox link or copied to a supplied SSD hard drive (1 TB recommended)
Any additional post-production requested is billed at $100 per hour
Such as:
Multi-track post editing for finer cutting
Adding intro and outro and lower thirds
Adding music, graphics and animations
Upload files directly to your video hosting channels such as YouTube, Vimeo or Wistia
Billing
Studio recording sessions to be paid in advance
Additional pre- and post-production time to be tracked, billed and paid prior to delivery of final files
Availability
Regular hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 5:00; after hours and weekend bookings available upon request
Cancellation Policy
More than 7 days prior to use: 100% refunded back to your credit card
2-6 days prior to use: $100 + GST cancellation fee; balance refunded to your credit card
Less than 24 hours prior to use: $200 + GST cancellation fee; balance refunded to your credit card
“No Show” will be charged 100% of your studio booking; there will be no refund
There are no refunds or adjustments for late arrivals or early departures
