Studio EVENTS $200/hour

The studio can seat audiences of up to 55 people and features state-of-the art tech equipment

  • Studio Event rental includes use of full studio space, all equipment and one AV tech plus multi-camera recording of your session

  • More elaborate live video production is offered through Studio C and estimated based on the scope of the event

Room size: 22' x 28'

Availability: Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 5:00 and is booked in two-hour blocks; after hours and weekend rentals available with four-hour minimum booking

Cancellation Policy

  • More than 7 days prior to use: 100% refunded back to your credit card

  • 2-6 days prior to use: $100 + GST cancellation fee; balance refunded to your credit card

  • Less than 24 hours prior to use: $200 + GST cancellation fee; balance refunded to your credit card

  • “No Show” will be charged 100% of your room booking; there will be no refund

  • There are no refunds or adjustments for late arrivals or early departures
