Regular $20/hour • Registered CRA Non-Profit $16/hour
The small meeting room is great for meetings for up to four people
Use of wireless Internet, HD monitor and white board are included
You are welcome to bring in your own food and beverages
Room size: 9' x 12'
Availability: Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 5:00 and is booked in two-hour blocks; after hours and weekend rentals available with four-hour minimum booking

Cancellation Policy
More than 7 days prior to use: 100% refunded back to your credit card
2-6 days prior to use: $20 + GST cancellation fee; balance refunded to your credit card
Less than 24 hours prior to use: $40 + GST cancellation fee; balance refunded to your credit card
“No Show” will be charged 100% of your room booking; there will be no refund
There are no refunds or adjustments for late arrivals or early departures
