The large meeting is great for board meetings and presentations for up to 10-12 people
Use of wireless Internet, projector and large white board are included
You are welcome to bring in your own food and beverages.
Room size: 12' x 26'
Availability: Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 5:00 and is booked in two-hour blocks; after hours and weekend rentals available with four-hour minimum booking.

Cancellation Policy
More than 7 days prior to use: 100% refunded back to your credit card
2-6 days prior to use: $50 + GST cancellation fee; balance refunded to your credit card
Less than 24 hours prior to use: $75 + GST cancellation fee; balance refunded to your credit card
“No Show” will be charged 100% of your room booking; there will be no refund
There are no refunds or adjustments for late arrivals or early departures
