Cowork Chilliwack is a collaborative workspace on the north side of the freeway. We've established a community of like-minded businesspeople including solo entrepreneurs, freelancers and small teams that call Chilliwack home.

Cowork Chilliwack is located off of Airport Road on Harvard Place. The building is a beautiful 8,000-square-foot open and bright space and includes:

  • Three dozen desks—some in open areas and most in private offices
  • Shared meeting rooms
  • Studio theatre and photo studio
  • Two full kitchens
  • Lounge areas 
  • Free parking

We're seeking members. If you are an independent freelancer or a small startup team, believe that collaborating is good for the soul and that life is all about finding likeminded groups of people, we're looking for you. Meeting room and studio rentals

Whether you need a private space to meet with clients, a professional alternative to a coffee shop, a space to shoot your Spring fashion line or a venue to host a seminar, Cowork Chilliwack offers room rentals at affordable rates in a convenient location near downtown Chilliwack. Meeting rooms are available for rent Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 5:00 with a two-hour minimum booking. After hours and weekend rentals available with four-hour minimum booking.

Small MEETING ROOM

The small meeting room measures 9' x 12' and is great for meetings for up to four people. Use of wireless Internet and HD monitor are included in the hourly rate.

Regular $20/hr • Non-profit $10/hr


Large MEETING ROOM

The large meeting room measures 12' x 26' and is great for board meetings and presentations for up to 12 people. Use of our fully outfitted kitchen, wireless Internet and projector are included in the hourly rate. You are welcome to bring in your own food and beverages.

Regular $30/hr • Non-profit $15/hr


STUDIO (theatre use)

Our theatre can accommodate audiences of up to 55 people. Rental includes the use of chairs, tables, lectern, raised stage plus LED stage lighting, HD widescreen projectors and screens, confidence monitor and a sound system with a mixer and wireless microphones. Includes room setup and a 15-minute technical orientation.

2 hrs $150 • 4 hrs $250 • 8 hrs $400

RECEPTION PACKAGE

Add $100

Continue your event with a good old-fashioned kitchen party! With this add on, you can use our fully outfitted kitchen plus the lobby space and large meeting room to enable your guests to mingle and network. You are welcome to bring in your own food and beverages.

DIY VIDEO PACKAGE

Half day, add $150 • Full day, add $300

Take your theatre rental experience to the next level with the use of our multi-camera video recording and live switching equpment plus live streaming capability. We have everything you need to produce a professional recording of your presentation or performance with minimal post-production required on your part. Includes a 30-minute video gear orientation with a member of your team.

PRO VIDEO PACKAGE

Half day, add $300 • Full day, add $600

Go stress free and concentrate on your performance and your event! We’ll operate all of the gear and you’ll walk away with a fully produced multi-camera live edit of your presentation or performance. You’ll receive the HD files that are ready to post online. Please note: this package includes minimal post-production and is intended to capture the live performance only.


STUDIO (photo OR VIDEO Use)

Bring your camera and use our professional photography lighting kit and a wide selection of seamless colour paper to bring your photo shoot to life. You are welcome to bring in your own equipment, lighting and props as well.

2 hrs $100 • 4 hrs $180 • 8 hrs $250
