Member Meeting Room Rental

The meeting room measures 12' x 26' and is great for board meetings and presentations for up to 12 people. The meeting room can be booked from one to eight hours. Use of our fully outfitted kitchen, wireless Internet and projector use are included in the hourly rate. You are welcome to bring in your own food and non-alcoholic beverages as well.

Cancellation Policy

  • More than 7 days prior to use: 100% refunded back to your credit card.
  • 2-6 days prior to use: $20 + GST cancellation fee; balance refunded to your credit card.
  • Less than 24 hours prior to use: $50 + GST cancellation fee; balance refunded to your credit card.
  • “No Show” will be charged 100% of your room booking; there will be no refund.
  • There are no refunds or adjustments for late arrivals or early departures.
