Product Description

Our theatre can accommodate audiences of up to 55 people. Rental includes the use of chairs, tables, lectern, raised stage plus LED stage lighting, HD widescreen projectors and screens, confidence monitor and a sound system with a mixer and wireless microphones. Includes room setup and a 15-minute technical orientation.

Room size: 22' x 28' including a 16' x 8' stage

Availability: Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 5:00 with a two-hour minimum booking. After hours and weekend rentals available with four-hour minimum booking.

Continue your event with a good old-fashioned kitchen party! With this add on, you can use our fully outfitted kitchen plus the lobby space and large meeting room to enable your guests to mingle and network. You are welcome to bring in your own food and beverages.

DIY VIDEO PACKAGE

Half day, add $150
Full day, add $300

Take your theatre rental experience to the next level with the use of our multi-camera video recording and live switching equpment plus live streaming capability. We have everything you need to produce a professional recording of your presentation or performance with minimal post-production required on your part. Includes a 30-minute video gear orientation with a member of your team.

PRO VIDEO PACKAGE

Half day, add $300
Full day, add $600

Go stress free and concentrate on your performance and your event! We’ll operate all of the gear and you’ll walk away with a fully produced multi-camera live edit of your presentation or performance. You’ll receive the HD files that are ready to post online. Please note: this package includes minimal post-production and is intended to capture the live performance only.

Cancellation Policy

  • More than 7 days prior to use: 100% refunded back to your credit card

  • 2-6 days prior to use: $50 + GST cancellation fee; balance refunded to your credit card

  • Less than 24 hours prior to use: $100 + GST cancellation fee; balance refunded to your credit card

  • “No Show” will be charged 100% of your room booking; there will be no refund

  • There are no refunds or adjustments for late arrivals or early departures
