What's up for Creative Third Thursday in August?
We are headed to Cowork Chilliwack on Thursday, August 15 and Tony Dehnke will be our guest speaker.
Tony Dehnke is an entrepreneur from the Chilliwack area who got his creative start at Sardis Secondary doing the layout and ads for the school newspaper in 1992. After graduating, he worked at the Chilliwack Times newspaper in the graphics and layout division. He then moved on to the consumer electronics industry following a love for music and technology where he has worked for 25 years in retail sales, as an independent sales rep and finally opening his own store in 2010 in Abbotsford. After growing that business for seven years, he successfully sold the store and started travelling. While travelling, Tony started to learn about web app development and is now launching a new business to help retailers like himself run their businesses more efficiently using web-based software.
